We think a no-obligation consultation takes the pressure out of the process. It gives you the space to ask questions, understand your options and make a decision when (and if) you feel ready.
What treatments do you offer?
Australian advertising regulations mean we can’t list specific prescription-only treatments on our website.

Will it hurt?
If you decide to go ahead with a treatment, we can discuss options such as topical numbing to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
I am scared of looking unnatural, how do you avoid this?
Our philosophy at FRANKLY. is that less is usually more. We work with (rather than against) your proportions. This helps to keep results subtle, balanced and recognisably you.
Do you refer to other professionals?
Absolutely. As a GP, Dr Amanda understands the value of looking at the bigger picture rather than focusing only on the treatments offered at Frankly.
When appropriate, we work alongside dermatologists, dermal therapists and other specialists to make sure you have access to the right care to address your goals.
Are your treatments safe?
No medical procedure is completely risk-free. Before any treatment, we’ll talk you through the potential risks, benefits and alternatives so you can make an informed decision about whether it’s right for you.

What do I need to do before my treatment?
This depends on the treatment and your individual circumstances. We’ll give you specific advice before your appointment.
As a general rule, let us know if you’re unwell, pregnant or breastfeeding, have recently had surgery or have started any new medications. If you take blood-thinning medication, please contact us before your appointment so we can provide individual advice.
What do I need to do after my treatment?
You’ll receive specific aftercare instructions following your treatment, including what to expect and when to seek advice.
For many treatments, there is little to no downtime, but this varies depending on the treatment and individual.
